Our training program is intensive and thorough. Its single-minded purpose is to teach you, as owner/manager, and your staff, how to produce and serve consistently perfect product - profitably.

The program will cover every aspect of your operation. Food preparation, office procedures, basic accounting, hiring and customer relations are just some of the subjects included in the training sessions.

And, to ensure that the high standards are maintained once you are open for business, our service team will continue to help you through continuous monitoring of your operational procedures. It is this constant, ongoing concern and support which sets Mary Brown's apart.

 

Support

This concern is reflected, too, in the way Mary Brown's works with selected franchise candidates from the very beginning, long before the outlet is open.

We assist you in your financial planning - from determining the exact investment required (which varies by market, unit size and type, etc.) to helping obtain the necessary financing. We utilize sophisticated demographic research data to identify the most promising location, whether it be an existing building or a vacant site. And we'll work with you to custom design the outlet to best suit that specific location.
