Mary Brown’s Inc. is known for the support provided to our Master Franchisees. We offer a variety of services including support in real estate selection, location design and layout, equipment specifications, purchasing, training and opening support. We also offer ongoing support through additional training, operations advisory assistance, marketing, operations manuals, supplier relations and periodic evaluation of your restaurants and operating systems.
Mary Brown’s will provide training for yourself and your management team. Training will be held in our facilities in Canada. Training lasts for approximately 6-12 weeks and includes food preparation, equipment, food safety, inventory, service, point of sale, management controls and functions, operations compliance, safety and security. At the end of the training period you and your team will be fully trained in the Mary Brown’s system. You will be required to send all members of your management team to Toronto until you have established one of your own restaurants as a Certified Mary Brown’s Training Center.
