The two most common venues for Mary Brown’s locations are Free-Standing (alone on its own real estate) and In-line (part of a shopping center or row of businesses). Mary Brown’s also develops locations in other venues including airports, shopping malls, stadiums, campuses and others.
Mary Brown’s Inc. retains the right to grant final acceptance on all site selections.
Mary Brown’s permits the purchase and conversion of existing buildings as long as the image elements of Mary Brown’s can be incorporated into the location. As with all sites, the location must first be accepted by Mary Brown’s.
An ideal Mary Brown’s location would be on a corner lot at a busy intersection with convenient entry to and exit from the property and have drive-thru capabilities. The location should be on the “going home” side of the street.
Mary Brown’s will provide full facility and equipment specifications. All architectural drawings must be approved by Mary Brown’s Inc. Only approved equipment is to be used in Mary Brown’s restaurants.
